I’m pretty sure this is my favourite plant, because it’s both a beauty and a beast. Study glossy green leaves on rugged vines which will grow RAPIDLY. Tolerates both bright light, or shade. Requires watering when the soil starts to dry out - it will forgive you if you forget - never moans about neglect, you can always rely on it… If it were a person, it’d be your long time best friend who you finally realise is actually amazing, you get married and live happily ever after. Ahem, anyway… If it does start taking over the room though, it responds fantastically to pruning and cuttings take extremely quickly if you want to try propagating them! Originally from French Polynesia but now found widely throughout the tropics.
