Stunning glossy leaves on stout stems, this variety ‘Raven’ starts out with punchy lime green new growth, which later matures to a dark glossy black tint. Another one of our top recommended plants that tolerate deep shade, though they’ll grow better in indirect light. This plant has great big tubers under the soil that store water - as it’s evolved to deal with drought - so only water when soil feels dry. Originally from Central Africa.
